I loved the festivals in Japan, which cropped up throughout the year. In particular, those in the high summer, with its heat and humidity. Festivals were usually accompanied by some form of music and song and dance, which I have attempted to capture here. Heat, music, song, dance and always good food and company.

Note the superior and somewhat sinister black rabbits overseeing proceedings in the belltower.
